Conquest Electrical was appointed to carry out the design and installation of the electrical services at White City Place, London for the client Orchard Therapeutics, a fast-growing drug discovery company; converting circa 20,000 sq ft into a high quality CL2 laboratory & stylish office accommodation.

The installation works were performed over a course of circa. 5 months and came with considerable coordination challenges due to the space configuration, construction detail and plant area distribution and availability.

Electrical installations comprised:

• design and build of all power supplies, including design and installation of new sub mains ATS mains ATS from generator back up supply;
• UPS installation;
• lighting;
• data and fire alarm systems for a new laboratory areas; and
• testing.
