Albemarle Street

Albemarle Street is a CAT A fit out of a multi-tenanted listed building, across two floors.

Works included:

• Design and Build all power & full daylight link energy efficient lighting controls to core spaces & two floors of a comprehensive refurbishment of Grade A office space & modern core to a high standard
• replacing the lighting throughout to include new stretch ceiling feature arrays and LED luminaries, and
• Installation of a low profile raised access floor and modern cable management techniques – without compromising floor-to-ceiling height

The project was completed on time to a very high standard and was received very well by the client.
