Conquest Electrical supported the overhaul of the University’s existing IT laboratory facility on Levels 3 and 5 of the Copland Building, the Bio Science Laboratory on Level 3 of the Cavendish Building and the associated teaching and learning spaces. Full electrical installation design and works were completed on a condensed programme to fit the summer break and in advance of the new term. The work comprised of LV distribution, submains, ELV containment, metering, installation of split load distribution boards, underfloor power track and power systems, lighting and lighting controls, mechanical power, AV infrastructure, testing and commissioning.
