Conquest Electrical undertook the electrical design and electrical fit out of circa 38,000 sq ft, across Level 4 and Level 5, for the conversion of shell and core into CATB office Fitout and a fully serviced CL2 wet laboratory space, The London Innovation Centre. The London Innovation Centre is the latest phase of project aimed at creating a new UK Life Sciences cluster at Canary Wharf, spearheaded by Kadans and Canary Wharf Group. Full electrical installation design and works comprised of CATB fit out, including associated mains switchgear, UPS systems, Underfloor power systems, general and specialist internal lighting and lighting control systems, Small Power, testing and commissioning.
