Conquest Electrical was appointed to carry out the design and installation of the electrical services at White City Place, London for the client Engitix, a fast-growing drug discovery company; converting circa 8,000 sq ft into a high quality CL2 laboratory & stylish office accommodation.

The installation works were performed over a course of circa. 4 months and came with considerable coordination challenges due to the space configuration, construction detail and plant area distribution and availability.

Electrical installations comprised of  Design and Build of all power supplies, lighting, Data and fire alarm system for a new laboratory area, expansion of office space into additional suites. The labs had a limited power supply from the landlord and our loading calculations showed there was insufficient power. Installed new sub mains ATS from generator back up supply to feed labs and UPS installation.
