Project overview
Conquest was appointed to undertake the electrical refurbishment of the End of trip basement welfare facilities, core areas inclusive of WC facilities, lifts and lift lobbies, as well as a CAT A fit out of vacant office space level 7 and 8, with superloos to service tenant floor plates and core welfare facilities. New tenant Tri metered LV distribution supporting mechanical power, small power and lighting to service future CAT B fit out.
