As Managing Director and Founder, John provides strategic leadership for Conquest EIS, shaping the company’s vision and driving its long-term growth. He has led the development and execution of the overall business strategy, guiding Conquest EIS from its early foundations to its current position. John also oversees the delivery of programmes and the effective management of business operations across the organisation nationwide.
Steve brings more than 20 years of industry and project management experience. In his role as Operations Director, he provides strategic oversight for the successful delivery of projects and installations nationwide, leading each stage from initial client concept and design development through pre-construction and on-site practical completion.
Dan leads the contracts function and brings more than 25 years of industry experience. In his role as Contracts Director, he provides strategic oversight of the delivery of high-value, multi-million-pound projects, directing all phases from mobilisation through to completion and working closely with Contracts Managers and Project Managers to ensure consistent, successful outcomes.
Kim brings over 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, with extensive expertise in project planning, feasibility assessments, estimating, and pre-construction management. As Pre-Construction Manager, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring projects are thoroughly planned and fully prepared for successful delivery. Working closely with Conquest’s Contracts Managers and Operations Director, as well as clients and principal contractors, Kim helps drive collaboration, minimise project risks, and establish strong foundations for efficient and successful project delivery.
Duane has more than 18 years working for well-established electrical contractors and successfully delivering projects of varying size and complexity. As a Contract’s Manager, he is responsible for delivering multiple projects and installations on time and within budget, whilst maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Karl has over two decades of experience in the electrical industry. As a Contracts Manager, he leads the delivery of multiple projects, managing all aspects through to successfully delivery and coordinating closely with project teams and clients.
Sean is one of Conquest’s Electrical Project Managers. He is the main point of contact for clients and oversees the electrical installation, coordinating the works to ensure they are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
As an Electrical Project Manager for Conquest, Joel is the onsite representative for Conquest and the principal contact for clients. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the installation, ensuring work is complete on time and to the highest standard.
Bill is an experienced Electrical Project Manager. He is the main point of contact for clients and takes overall responsibility for the electrical installation on site-planning and coordinating activities, managing day-to-day delivery, and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
As Electrical Project Manager at Conquest, Jamie serves as the company’s on-site representative and main point of contact for clients. He oversees and coordinates the installation works, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and completed to the highest standard.
Petru is a Project Manager at Conquest and is the main on-site representative and client liaison, overseeing installation works to make sure they are completed efficiently, on schedule, and to an excellent standard.
Sarah is an experienced accountancy expert and is responsible for overseeing end to end financial operations of Conquest EIS.
Anna is responsible for contract review and document submissions in support of client projects.
