Project overview
Conquest was appointed to deliver the electrical refurbishment of industrial facilities at Anchorage Point, London, providing a resilient and adaptable electrical infrastructure to support future tenant requirements and the subsequent CAT B fit-out of individual floor plates. The scope of works comprised the installation of new tenant three-phase metered LV distribution, new electrical panel boards and associated LV infrastructure, ensuring dedicated and appropriately coordinated supplies for mechanical services, small power, lighting across the refurbished areas and industrial floor space.
