Project overview
Conquest was appointed to undertake a CAT A office fit-out as part of the redevelopment of HUB Victoria, London, delivering full electrical infrastructure for a premium commercial workspace. Works included creation of 4 Quadrant Core Areas supporting mechanical plant rooms, LV Switch rooms, new toilet blocks and welfare facilities; exposed MEP services to floorplate; and new suspended lighting systems with lighting control.
