Project overview
Conquest was appointed to undertake a CAT A office fit-out as part of the redevelopment of HUB Victoria, London, delivering full electrical infrastructure for a premium commercial workspace.
Scope of Works
The scope of works included the creation of 4 Quadrant Core Areas supporting mechanical plant rooms, LV Switch rooms, new toilet blocks and welfare facilities; exposed MEP services to floorplate; and new suspended lighting systems with lighting control. Key deliverables included LV Distribution, Lighting & Controls, Small Power, Data Infrastructure, Fire Detection & Alarm, Access Control, and Testing & Commissioning.
Results
The completed works comprised the CAT A office fit-out electrical installation, including LV distribution, lighting and controls, small power, data infrastructure, fire detection and alarm, access control, and testing and commissioning.
