Project overview
Conquest Electrical was appointed to undertake the electrical shell and core design, installation and commissioning of CAT B office space, inclusive of luxury collaboration areas, central communal hub and meeting rooms, supporting installation of fully serviced life science laboratories.
Scope of Works
The scope of works included LV distribution switchgear to floorplate, fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm, lighting and controls, and small power. Key deliverables included LV Distribution and submains, ELV containment system, small power, general and specialist lighting, lighting and lighting control, mechanical power, Data & Telecoms, Fire Detection & Alarm, and Testing & Commissioning.
Results
The completed works comprised the electrical shell and core design, installation and commissioning of the CAT B office space, including LV distribution, submains, ELV containment system, power, lighting, mechanical power, data and telecoms, fire detection and alarm, access control, intruder alarm, and testing and commissioning.
