Project overview
Conquest Electrical undertook the electrical design and electrical fit-out of circa 11,000 sq ft across Level 6, for the conversion of shell and core office space into an R&D facility which includes CL2 laboratories and CAT B luxury office space.
Scope of Works
The scope of works included the full electrical installation design and works comprising CAT B fit-out, including associated mains switchgear, UPS systems, underfloor power systems, general and specialist internal lighting and lighting control systems, small power, and testing and commissioning. Key deliverables included LV Distribution, Containment System, Small Power, UPS Systems, Lighting & Lighting Control, Mechanical Power, Data & Telecoms, Fire Detection & Alarm, and Testing & Commissioning.
Results
