Project overview
Conquest Electrical undertook a CAT B fit-out of circa 60,000 sq ft of commercial office space. Full electrical installation works consisted of general and mechanical power, lighting and specialist lighting, lighting control system, fire detection and CCTV alarm system, data infrastructure, UPS system and LV upgrades to the base build infrastructure.
Scope of Works
The scope of works included containment system, small power, new LV switchgear, UPS systems, lighting and lighting control, mechanical power, data and telecoms, security and CCTV, fire detection and alarm, and testing and commissioning. Multiple types of specialist luminaires were installed throughout the project ranging from LED linear fittings to bespoke pendants. Small power throughout the floor space was distributed utilising low-level power bar systems as well as hard-wired SWA networks for kitchenette and specialist floor finish areas.
Results
The completed works comprised the CAT B electrical fit-out of the commercial office space, including LV upgrades to the base build infrastructure, specialist lighting installations, power distribution, data infrastructure, security and CCTV, fire detection and alarm systems, and testing and commissioning. The project was completed on time to a very high standard and was received very well by the client.
