Project overview
Conquest is currently supporting the transformation of St Andrew’s House into a highly flexible multi-use building, capable of accommodating a full spectrum of science and technology occupiers including full Shell and Core & Category-B Office fit out, including staff welfare areas, WC and shower facilities, dry labs and engineering space to fully fitted wet labs. The works include design, supply and installation of a new plant areas, new LV switchgear and incoming supply infrastructure, fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm, lighting and controls, and small power.
