Project overview
Conquest was appointed and undertook the full electrical design taken from Stage 3 through to Stage 5 construction for LGC’s life sciences facility. The project included a full electrical installation and extensive CAT B fit-out of office and welfare facilities, in support of installation of specialist laboratory facilities and delivered in partnership with British Land and Bulb Interiors.
Scope of Works
The scope of works included LV Distribution, Specialist Lighting & Controls, Small Power, Data Infrastructure, Fire Detection & Alarm, Access Control, UPS & Generator Backup, and Testing & Commissioning.
Results
The completed works comprised the full electrical design and installation for LGC’s life sciences facility, including the CAT B office and welfare facilities, specialist laboratory facility support works, LV Distribution, specialist lighting and controls, small power, data infrastructure, fire detection and alarm, access control, UPS and generator backup, and testing and commissioning.
