Project overview
Conquest Electrical undertook a CAT B fit-out of circa 18,000 sq ft of commercial office space, with a mixture of exposed service areas as well as traditional suspended ceiling areas.
Scope of Works
The scope of works included MER & SERs including associated mains switchgear, UPS systems, underfloor power systems, lighting and lighting controls, small power and catering power. Key deliverables included LV Distribution, Containment System, Small Power, New LV Switchgear, UPS Systems, Lighting & Lighting Control, Mechanical Power, Data & Telecoms, Fire Detection & Alarm, and Testing & Commissioning.
Results
The completed works comprised the CAT B electrical fit-out of the commercial office space, including MER and SER installations, mains switchgear, UPS systems, underfloor power systems, lighting and controls, small power, catering power, and testing and commissioning.
